Imsouane
Camping is located in the village of Imsouane, about an hour's drive north of Agadir and one hour south of Essaouira,
Bang in the middle. This idyllic water sports paradise is enclosed by a fantastic backdrop of sandstone cliffs and hills.
The stunning Imsouane as quite a unique little eco climate being 10-15 degrees cooler in the summer and also being warmer
in the winter than most other locations within morocco. The coastline forms the boundary to the campsite and offers
a beautiful beach and only a stone’s throw away, some of the best and the most consistent surf anywhere on the Atlantic
coast and even comes complete with traditional fishing boats on the slipway.
There is plenty of fishing to do whether it is deep-sea fishing, spear fishing or just collecting
the hundreds of fresh mussels off the rocks at low tide. If you want to have a completely relaxed, friendly atmosphere
and enjoy nature, sport and fresh fresh then Imsouane is not to be missed. Seafood is inexpensive and the local fish
market is open daily bringing in all types of weird and wonderful catches, there is so much choice and great grills to enjoy
a simple fantastic bit of grilled fish whilst taking in the views.
